Chelsea Technologies have been designing and manufacturing sensors and systems for aquatic environments for over 50 years, which includes developing maritime environmental equipment for Green Shipping Technology.

 

With our historic expertise in fluorometers, phytoplankton and ambient environmental parameters, we have developed Sea Sentry for compliance monitoring of wash water from exhaust gas scrubber systems and FastBallast for compliance monitoring of ballast water discharge.

 
 

Stephanie will specialise in developing CTG’s Maritime business areas – promoting such products as the FastBallast Compliance Monitor, the Sea Sentry Wash Water Monitor for Exhaust Gas Cleaning Systems and the maritime FerryBox System.

CTG Sea Sentry Exhaust Gas Scrubber Water Monitoring System has achieved DNV GL Statement of Compliance

Chelsea Technologies Group (CTG) are pleased to announce that their Sea Sentry Exhaust Gas Scrubber Water Monitoring System has achieved DNV GL Statement of Compliance for MEPC.259(68). Vigilant testing by DNV GL ensured that Sea Sentry met the requirements for calibration range, drift, accuracy, precision and noise; as well as mitigating for the influence of turbidity, UV absorbance, temperature and salinity. The effectiveness of Sea Sentry’s de-bubbler and the use of the test kit supplied to validate the optical sensors was also demonstrated to the satisfaction of DNV GL. Read more...
